About your B&B hosts - Una and Gordon Wright

Gordon and Una came to The National Trust Holnicote Estate in 1983 when Gordon accepted a position leading the buildingconservation department in West Somerset.

In the meantime Una, a qualified accountant, practiced in Bridgwater.

Both Una and Gordon have a passion for food, gaining as much enjoyment from its preparation as the eating of it.

They had dreamed of opening their own restaurant with accommodation one day. Thus, when in 1999 they were offered the opportunity to take over Clements Cottage, they embraced the project with enthusiasm.
